Grand Designs Australia Magazine: 2024 House Of The Year Awards

The Grand Designs Australia Magazine House of the Year Awards (HOTY) proudly puts the spotlight on residential architecture, showcasing some of the best projects created by Australian Architects. The HOTY Awards are designed to celebrate the brilliant outcomes created by Architects for their clients, resulting in an incredibly high standard of project submissions. 

The Grand Designs Australia Magazine HOTY Awards is now CLOSED for nominations! The team at Grand Designs were calling on Australian architects to enter their best residential projects to win this prestigious award and huge exposure through Grand Designs Australia Magazine and associated social media channels. The awards will be judged by a panel of architect professionals and are presented in April each year. 

Within the Awards program, there are 8 categories including Large New Home, Small New Home, Large Renovation, Small Renovation and the speciality categories of Best Interior Award (presented by Cosh Living), Best Energy Efficient Home Award (presented by Rylock Windows & Doors) and Best Outdoor Integrated Living in addition there is also the People’s Choice Awards which allows readers and architecture enthusiasts to vote for their favourite project! 

If you are an architect who works on residential projects, this could be for you. This Award calls for brilliant outcomes in residential buildings – both new homes and renovations large and small.
