Quickly get to any spillages or stains, this decrease the opportunity that the stain will penetrate the carpet fibres. Especially liquids, particularly hot liquids must be attended to straight away. If allowed to cool or dry, the stain will be almost impossible to remove. Care must be taken during stain removal as carelessness can result in permanent stain setting, pile distortion and loss of colour.

All carpets must be laid in accordance with AS/NZS 2455.1 “Textile Floor Coverings – Installation Practice – General” and these instructions. Feltex Carpets recommends installation be carried out by a professional flooring installer.

Thorough and frequent vacuuming, particularly in high trac areas, is important for prolonging the life of your carpet and enhancing its appearance.

Spot Cleaning
