The Block NZ contestants obviously love a Feltex carpet. Find out what the team's used and where to get it.
Is there more to styling than a stunning triexta carpet and a fiddle leaf fig tree?
Emma and Courtney Upstairs Bedroom
It just goes to show there is more to this styling thing than a stunning triexta carpet, pendant lights and a fiddle leaf fig tree. While we’d happily take a nap in this boudoir, the judges were not impressed with the styling.
We love that Emma and Courtney chose Feltexgreen, it’s super soft, perfect for a luxurious finish in a any living environment master bedroom. And as this year’s brief is environmentally friendly, energy-efficient and sustainable, the triexta fibre used to make Feltexgreen carpet is made from corn.

Sam and Emmett Bedroom
While Sam and Emmett were criticised by the judges for their blue room, they get full points from us for choosing a wool carpet. Natural fibres, made right here in New Zealand, their carpet choice is ideal for a home trying to meet an environmentally-friendly and sustainable brief. Not only that, this stunning carpet is a cut pile twist making it thick and fluffy underfoot, perfect for the bedroom.
